Use an alterative route. There are southbound delays on Gubbins Lane queuing back past Gooshays Drive. Northbound delays on average of 15 minutes on Southend Arterial Road and Ardleigh Green Road. There are also, on average 1-3 minutes of additional travel time for buses and road users on North Street heading away from Romford. There will be additional delays on the westbound A13 and M11 southbound during peak periods due to traffic seeking alternative routes.
